„Gestionarea crizei sanitare COVID-19 în județul Brașov”
A fost semnat contractul între UAT Judeţul Braşov şi Ministerul Fondurilor Europene privind proiectul „Gestionarea crizei sanitare COVID-19 în județul Brașov”, finanţat în cadrul Programul Operațional Infrastructură Mare POIM 2014-2020, Axa prioritară 9 – Protejarea sănătății populației în contextul pandemiei cauzate de COVID-19 prin prioritatea de investiții 9a, Obiectivul specific 9.1 – Creșterea capacității de gestionare a crizei sanitare COVID-19. Lider de proiect, UAT Județul Brașov are ca parteneri Spitalul Clinic Județean de Urgență Brașov, Spitalul Clinic de Obstetrică-Ginecologie „Dr. I.A. Sbârcea”, Spitalul Clinic de Urgență pentru Copii Brașov, Spitalul Clinic de Pneumoftiziologie Brașov şi Spitalul Clinic de Psihiatrie și Neurologie Brașov. Valoarea totală a proiectului aprobat este de 45.533.446,93 lei (inclusiv TVA), respectiv 9.400.938,77 euro, distribuită astfel:- Județul Brașov – 116.176,00 lei (sumă alocată pentru informare și publicitate, management de proiect, audit financiar, conform ghidului solicitantului);
- Spitalul Clinic Județean de Urgență Brașov – 24.036.436,41 lei (sumă destinată achiziţiei de echipamente şi aparatură medicală, inclusiv pentru dotarea unităţii modulare de ATI);
- Spitalul Clinic de Urgență pentru Copii Brașov – 8.415.484,09 lei (sumă destinată achiziţiei de echipamente, aparatură și materiale medicale);
- Spitalul Clinic de Obstetrică-Ginecologie „Dr. I.A. Sbârcea” Brașov – 6.142.536,63 lei (sumă destinată achiziţiei de echipamente, aparatură şi materiale medicale, precum și management de proiect);
- Spitalul Clinic de Pneumoftiziologie Brașov – 2.165.079,16 lei (sumă destinată achiziţiei de materiale medicale);
- Spitalul Clinic de Psihiatrie și Neurologie Brașov – 4.657.734,64 lei (sumă destinată achiziţiei de echipamente, aparatură și materiale medicale). Aşadar, fondurile substanţiale pe care administraţia judeţeană le-a alocat în cursul anului 2020 spitalelor braşovene aflate în prima linie a combaterii pandemiei vor fi recuperate în totalitate.

Propus spre finanţare în cadrul Axei prioritare 9 a POIM, proiectul „Gestionarea efectelor pandemiei COVID-19 în judeţul Braşov” este în prezent în etapa de evaluare în vederea aprobării finanţării. El a fost elaborat de CJ Braşov în parteneriat cu Spitalul Clinic Judeţean de Urgenţă şi Spitalul Clinic de Boli Infecţioase, având valoarea de 3.908.059,58 lei. Proiectul este în etapa de evaluare.
